My older daughter, Chloe is 7 years older than my younger daughter, Emersen. When they were young it worked well. Emersen always had Chloe and All of her other friends to look up to. There were many of them. Hydeia, Camille and Christian to name a few. Little did we know how influential they would be in our daughter’s life. Most recently our daughter shared her frustration with not having a sister anymore. It was heartbreaking! While we explained that she will always have a sister it was tough to explain that Chloe is grown and has a life of her own. It was equally hard to explain that Chloe will always be a part of her life but not always present. Chloe came home for rare family time and it was so nice to see SISTERS unite. Separated but STILL the same!
