My older daughter fought for her independence. Each day of her life she has and continues to teach me that we have choices. Each day she also teaches me to live with whatever choice we make. She is like my aunt in so many ways. I am particularly “happy” that despite many obstacles she is resilient and resolute on how she wants to live her life. She teaches her sister that philosophy- Happiness is a choice!
